Provides a detailed report listing occupational matches based on an
individual's likes and dislikes. Can be used in conjunction with the
Aptitude assessment.

Test:
An assessment designed to determine an employees' ability to identify
colours and to distinguish between different shades of similar colour.

An exciting approach to helping individuals understand their own behavior,
skills, needs and motivations and those of the people with which they

Hogan
Personality Inventory:
Can be used for employee screening. Gives information about various
aspects of a client's personality, and how the client's personality
relates to various occupations.

How Supervise?:
Can be used for employee screening (specifically for supervisory or
management positions.) Measures supervisory attitudes in business
and industry.

Critical
Thinking Appraisal:
Can be used for employee screening (specifically for jobs requiring
a fair amount of reasoning and problem solving.) Measures a client's
ability to draw inferences, recognize assumptions, deduce, interpret,
and pick out strong and weak arguments.

Mini-Battery
of Achievement:
Can be used for employee screening. Gives a measure of grade level
equivalent in reading, math, writing and factual knowledge. (We can
use this as a supplement to the BASE program, which measures against
GED levels one through four, but does not indicate the grade level
at which the person is currently working.)
